AGROTRONIX announces the immediate availability of the DEVERIX 3400, a sprayer boom position control and monitoring system which uses ultrasonic sensors.
The equipment consisting of four sensors, fixed to the boom and measuring permanently the height between them and the ground (or the crop top) improves the spraying efficiency and maintains the boom position at a constant working height whatever the field nature.
This new equipment is a real technological improvement and can be used on very different types of fields including the most uneven. This user friendly retrofit system can control the existing boom movement hydraulic system. A simple operation allows its use of the tractor hydraulic system which is different from one tractor to another.
The DEVERIX 3400 uses the boom height information to insure a good follow-up of the fields relief in terms of parallelism as well as in terms of height spreading, whatever the boom width. It controls lift, tilt and variable geometry rams.
When the machine is equipped with an electrical independent main shutoff valve, the DEVERIX 3400 automatically lifts the boom up when this valve is closed, which makes the headland opération easier for the user. When the valve is open again the boom will reposition itself automatically to the programmed working height. This innovative technology is patented by AGROTRONIX. The DEVERIX 3400 operates with any boom width.
The DEVERIX 3400 uses the CAN bus technology. He can be bought independently of a spraying control system. It is compatible with most of the equipment available on the market and can be proposed as an option to the PULVIX 8200 control system supplied by AGROTRONIX.

It complements the DEVERIX 3200(2 sensors)/ It offers numerous advantages for the user such as work precision and efficiency, spraying homogeneity, reduction of the tiredness due to constant boom height monitoring, ability to spray during day and night, optimisation of the impact on the environment.
